7. Service relationships
Where we agree to provide paid services to you (e.g. Google Ads management on a 35%-of-attributed-sales basis), the relationship is governed by a separate signed services agreement that we enter into directly with your company. That agreement covers scope, fees, payment, attribution methodology, term, termination, confidentiality, and the rest.
If anything in those terms conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement always wins.
8. No warranties (for the website itself)
The website is provided "as is". We aim for it to be accurate, available, and useful — but we don't warrant that it's always available, error-free, or fits your particular purpose. We may update or remove content at any time.
This disclaimer applies to the website. Service warranties for paid client engagements are addressed in the signed services agreement, not here.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability for any matter arising out of your use of this website (excluding paid services covered by a separate agreement) is limited to direct damages, capped at CHF 100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded — e.g. for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by us.
10. Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party services (e.g. Calendly, Google services). We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
11. Changes to these terms

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
