The plain-language summary

We use a small number of cookies. The ones strictly necessary to make the site work are always on. Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking only fire if you consent via the banner. You can change your mind any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store on your device. They let sites remember things across pages and visits — preferences, login state, what you put in a basket. They can also be used to measure usage and track behavior, which is the part regulators care about.

2. Cookie categories we use

Necessary — always on

Required for the site to function — page navigation, form submission, security. No tracking purpose, can't be disabled.

  • aw1_consent_v1 — stores your cookie preferences. Set by us. Expires after 1 year.
  • Cloudflare session cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) — bot management and security. Set by Cloudflare. Short-lived, from minutes to 30 days.

Analytics — opt-in

Help us understand how the site is used in aggregate. We can't identify individual visitors from this data.

  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4. Distinguish unique users anonymously. Expires after about 13 months.
  • _gid — GA4 session-level tracking. Expires after 24 hours.

Marketing — opt-in

Let us know when an ad we ran led to a fit call or signup, so we can attribute leads to the right campaign. We don't run remarketing or audience-targeting ads at random visitors.

  • _gcl_au, _gcl_aw — Google Ads conversion linking. Tied to a specific click on a Google ad. Expires after 90 days.
  • _gac_* — Google Ads campaign attribution. Expires after 90 days.

3. Third parties

The analytics and marketing cookies above are set by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), via Google Tag Manager. Their privacy and cookie practices are published at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you opt out of analytics and marketing in our cookie banner, no data is sent to Google in the first place — Google's own consent mode prevents collection at the source, not just on our end.

4. How to control cookies

Three ways:

  1. Our cookie banner — appears on first visit in regions where consent is required, and is always reopenable from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
  2. Your browser settings — every modern browser lets you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear existing cookies on demand.
  3. Google's opt-out — install Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of GA across all sites.

Blocking necessary cookies will probably break parts of the site. Blocking analytics and marketing won't break anything visible — you just won't appear in our reports.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies or change how existing ones are used, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. If the change materially affects your privacy, we'll re-show the cookie banner so you can re-consent.
